      using rocking wall systems in reinforced concrete structures is a recent technique to improve theirseismic behavior. in this paper reinforced concrete frame (mrf) with intermediate ductility, reinforcedconcrete frame with shear wall (rcsw), reinforced concrete frame with controlled rocking wall (rcrw)are compared with each other using push over analysis. simulation and numerical analysis was performedwith opensees software. the results show that plastic hinge formation and inter-story drifts are welldistributed in the structure with rocking wall system in comparison with the other systems. meanwhile,energy dissipation and ductility is increased in rcrw frames.
