     nowadays oil spill are one of the most important problem in the humans life. usually advection and dispersion occured because of chemicals, physicals and biological processes that related by properties of oil and other things like that. these processes are evaporation dispersion ,… . when oil spill on the sea, extended and made oil slick. increasing these kind of events cause developing many kind of oil spill model. in this paper one numerical model developed for simulation oil spill (advection and dispersion), with eulerian method and with considering evaporation and oil mass exchange between the slick and the water column. this model included one hydrodynamical model that solved layer averaged navier - stokes (lns) equations, and one other model to solve advection and spreading. alternating direction implicit (adi) scheme on a staggered grid based on finite volume method has been deployed. to increase accuracy of calculating of the fluxes a second order scheme has been used.
