     the miverud is one among neogene porphyry system deposits related to alborz magmatic belt. here occur also, sungun-the giant copperporphyry deposit, as well as gold-copperporphyry mazra and ahar. to the same postcollisional setting is related megri-ordubad magmatic province with giant molybdenumcopperporphyry deposits-kajaran and agarak. so neogene postcollision setting of lesser cacasus and nw iran is favorable for developing of porphyry system deposits related to diorite, syenite-diorite porphyry, and granodiorite porphyry intrusive stocks. the miverud deposit, also belongs to porphyry system, but it is definitely enriched of gold. it consists of gold-copperporphyry and goldbearing low sulfidation epithermal ores-as disseminated, so vein type. low sulfidation mineralization is related to quartz veins, veinlets networks and stockworks, and to argillization developed along shear zones. the low sulfidation ores also connected to metasomatic silification, k-na feldspar alteration, sericitization and argillization processes. the miverud deposit is in the stage of exploration. here are delineated the squares and volumes of poor, intermediate and rich ores. the goldbearing ores are mainly low sulfidation, however here occur also gold-copperbearing porphyry ores in the subordinate quantity. the low sulfidation ores here are definitely prevalent. hence, the gold of miverud deposit might be extracted by the cyanide heap leaching and copper hindered the gold extraction. however the low proportion participation of copper in the heap, where the low sulfidation would be much prevalent, must not be disturbed the gold extraction. the explored left slope of miverud deposit is in favorable mining condition. here enable open pit recover. at the same time here is possible to conduct cheapest heap leaching gold extraction. as the miverud deposit is characterized by significant gold potential it might be economically profitable object. the mierud deposit and surround it occurrences are significantly goldbearing.the zod and meghadzor rich gold deposits, related to apophyses of the megri-ordubad magmatic complex with miverud deposit and its occurrences might be contemplate as a single goldbearing postcollisional province.
