     pipelines facilitate the transportation of gas and oil produced in offshore or deepwater sites; therefore, either buried in or laid on the seabed. in case of buried type, the wave-induced pore pressure (wipp) around pipes is an important criterion for pipeline design. wipp can cause liquefaction around pipes. this paper aims at presenting a numerical analysis of wipp around buried pipelines. also wave-induced seepage force on buried pipeline is evaluated this simulation. the numerical model is verified by comparing with analytical model.
