     this survey investigates the use of incorrect prepositions by baluch students learning persian as their second language. as it has been cleared the students have not used the prepositions in their correct way. in some sentences because of the phonetic similarity between the prepositions the students have used the same which are currently available in their own language. so the most important problem here may be transfer either from baluchi or persian. it means that when the child finds some similarities between the structure of the new language and his mother language he/she overgeneralizes that structure in order to make up the shortage.
