    this research, while reviewing and summarizing studies conducted in relation to the readiness of organizations, has considered preparedness factors in the models of maturity of knowledge management and change management as part of the knowledge management acceptance prerequisites. a 3-level conceptual framework is presented. at the initial stage, which is called the zero-level framework, change management and readiness for knowledge management and maturity of knowledge management are at zero levels, at first level of knowledge readiness factors, change management steps and knowledge management maturity stages are classified. finally, in the second level, the steps to manage change and the stages of knowledge management maturity are described in detail, and their relationship with the readiness factors for knowledge management were considered as integrity. this conceptual framework was presented after obtaining the comments and experiences of faculty members and academic experts, as well as adaptation of the findings with previous studies, and the results were presented using a questionnaire that was evaluated by experts.the most important findings of this research include providing a framework for preparing readiness for acceptance of knowledge management, factors affecting the readiness of organizations, and finally, a roadmap for step by step activities that draws a connection to related activities.
