background: infertility is a medical condition that can cause physical, mental, emotional, social isolation as well as low self-esteem for the patient. the present study was conducted to management strategies in the quality of life of infertile women

materials and methods: this descriptive-analytical study was performed on 59 infertile women. this research is based on a researcher-made questionnaire and all data were analyzed using spss software version 22.

results: the majority of gynecologists (88.14%) approved all three management strategies. the first management strategy and the third management strategy obtained the highest (86.44%) and lowest (3.39%) scores, respectively. there was a significant relationship between our management strategies and the scoring of gynecologists (p=0.010), and also, there was a significant relationship (p=0.001) between the order of our management strategies and the prioritization of gynecologists.

conclusion: according to the results of the present study, health care professionals, officials and stakeholders are expected to be aware of management strategies and strategies to be able to provide the necessary training, classes, personal and medical advice to infertile women and even women. provide a high risk of infertility.
