    the challenges of student role-playing in covid-19: an experience of community-based action in iran

    the emergence of covid-19 imposed certain conditions on the world. this epidemic caused a special change in all parts of society. the lack of work force required to manage covid-19 conditions in all led to the use of different types of students. both medical students and students of other fields of study.

    the use of these students brought with it many debates and challenges. in this article, while describing the process of employing students in iran, especially in jahrom university of medical sciences, the national and international challenges that have occurred are also mentioned. describe the current critical situation and compare it with experiences shared around the world. in the end, it is concluded that it seems that along with the role of specialized and non-specialized volunteers, the role of students in managing such crises should be codified and specified to reduce the challenges mentioned in the article.
