the world faced a crisis called the coronavirus disease 2019 (covid-19) in late 1398 ah. this crisis created a variety of challenges for the world, one of which was one of the greatest in the field of education. students, teachers, and student families followed education in person. prior to the crisis, education suddenly changed dramatically, revealing a new form of education, virtual education. the pillars of the education system faced many challenges after changing the method of education from face-to-face education to virtual education.
